Dr. Monhian is by far the most caring doctors I've met in my entire life. He performed a septo-rhinoplasty to improve my breathing as well as the appearance of my nose. I must admit, I healed very quickly. Just one week after the surgery; all of the bruising was gone. He took his time to speak with me about any concerns I might have had, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the procedure and the result. I'd have to say Dr. Monhian is very genuine and truly cares about his patients, he's done a fantastic job and I absolutely love it. I will definitely continue to recommend him.

This was the second deviated septum surgery I had to have (first one done by a different plastic surgeon) and I have never been so happy before about my nose. Dr. Monhian was honest, knowledgeable, very friendly, and took the time out to explain every detail I needed to know. I have seen many doctors and he is the best one I've seen yet. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who is so accommodating and fantastic with his patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Monhian. He gave me the ability to breathe through my nose for the 1st time in 20 years. It is unbelieveable what he did with my nose. He took a nose that had been broken 3 times and made it perfect, like nothing had ever happend to it.

Dr. Monhian was an amazing doctor who skillfully performed septo-rhinoplasty surgery on me. From the very beginning he displayed patience and used advanced imaging techniques to help me create my new look. The final product was just as discussed. I can also breath better than I have in years. It is almost 3 weeks since the surgery and I look and feel great...I should have done it years ago. The office staff was also excellent, both helpful and professional. Dr. Monhian recognizes that a surgical procedure might be anxiety provoking and works to reduce nervousness by explaining things thoroughly. I have recommended him to co-workers and friends and plan on returning for tattoo removal. I trust him and believe he is truly a gifted doctor.

I saw Dr. Monhian to fix a deviated septum as well as do a rhinoplasty at the same time to lower the bump I had. He was very caring during our initial meeting and walked me through the entire procedure so I felt very comfortable going into surgery. Now it's four months after and I can breathe clearly and I LOVE my new nose! I couldn't be happier with the results and my choice in doctor. He did a flawless job and couldn't be a nicer doctor!

Upon being diagnosed with a mass in my nasal cavity,I eagerly began inquiring about several doctors to perform my surgery. After having spoken to a hospital board member , other doctors and several nurses, one name came popping up. The name was Dr. Monhian. During my first meeting with him he immediately made me feel at ease and confident. He has a unique way of making you feel that you are important and that he will do whatever is necessary to correct whatever needs to be corrected. Dr. Monhian takes the time to not only speak and explain things to you but he also listens when you speak or ask questions. He clarifies things for you so that you understand what is going on each step of the way. I have had surgery before and never have I come across a doctor who is more caring and attentive. He reminds me of the doctors of long ago who were there to hold your hand and get you through the crisis. As a patient, I would highly recommend Dr. Monhian to everyone and I know that they would be in wonderful hands. I would also like to mention that his staff is top notch and very accommodating.

I'm a 24 year old young woman who's been struggling with pertruding ears for as long as I've known myself. I met Dr. Monhian on my first ever consultation and knew right away he was the one!! My procedure was schedule for the upcoming week. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the situation but that feeling soon vanished. Upon my arrival on surgery day, he assured me that everything was going to be ok and that he would take good care of me. WHICH HE DID!! I was in and out before I knew it, He talked to me the entire time during the procedure, He even played a little music for me. Dr Monhian is a very caring, loving doctor, He really care about his patients. If all the doctors in the world were like him, our medical world would be a much better place. Post surgery he provided me with his personal cell phone number just incase I needed to reach him in case of an emergency, However that didn't stop him from calling that very night just to make sure everything was ok. Its been a month since my surgery and I feel GREAT!! it was a painless life changing experience that I'm greatful for. My ears no longer stick out, and I've been wearing my hair back for the first time in years and it feels great. I wouldn't trade my Dr. Monhian for any other docs in the world. When I went to Dr. Monhian I had 3 problems: my nose was big, crooked & my left left nostril was completely blocked. Now for the first time I can breathe freely. My nose is normal sized and straight. To say Dr. Monhian did a great job would be understating my satisfaction. Everything from pre-surgical consultation thru post-surgical care has been exceptional. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone needing any corrective/elective surgery.

I am very skeptical when it comes to doctors and I can honestly say that all of my fears went away when I met Dr. Monhian. Not only did he provide me with his cell phone number to contact him personally with any problems I may have, he was so kind that my nerves about the surgery decreased dramatically. It has been about 2 years since my surgery and I can say that going to Dr. Monhian was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. My ceptum is perfectly straight, I have zero breathing problems and the shape of my nose looks so natural that no one believes me when I tell them I underwent surgery. I was extremely nervous going to meet Dr. Monhian for the first time. Although it was just a consult, he really took the time to sit and talk with me. He answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they were and his calm demeanor helped to put me at ease. It's been 4 months since my deviated septum surgery and he hasn't changed at all! He is still the same caring doctor that takes the time to talk to you and ask how you are doing/feeling. My nose looks great! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Dr. Monhian.

I think Dr. Monhian is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have met in my lifetime. Not only is he an excellent surgeon and physician, but his bedside manner surpasses just about any doctor I have ever met. After having facial surgery from another surgeon, I had to see him as he was the "on call" doctor and I was in alot of pain and discomfort. He managed to relieve all my anxieties with his kindness and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Monhian. He is truly one of a kind. And I might also mention that his office staff (especially Brenda) are of the same superior quality as would be expected from someone of his caliber. I would recommend him to anyone at any time.

I unequivocally recommend Dr. Nathan Monhian as a conscientious facial plastic surgeon and ENT specialist, and as a gentleman, based on the following personal experience: In my case, the surgical objective was to permit me to breathe through my nose once again. This was very successfully accomplished by way of a 3-hour operation. Equally important in any such facial operation is that minimal facial scarring and minimal permanent nerve damage (permanent numbness) results. I am happy to report that immediately after surgery I experienced minimal swelling and bruising. And more importantly, I experienced no facial scarring and no permanent nerve damage. I feel this is because Dr. Monhian minimized my tissue trauma by way of his consummate surgical skills. Some surgeons have this skill and some do not. Based on my 3-hour surgical procedure, I would regard Dr. Monhian as a gifted surgeon. Equally remarkable is that Dr. Monhian continued to track my immediate recovery, by telephone, after the surgery was completed. I find he is an accessible doctor and that he is able to explain ? and in as much detail as I required ? what he was doing medically and what I could expect afterwards. I met Dr. Monhian under dire circumstances. I was assaulted last summer, suffering three lacerations on my face. Dr. Monhian performed surgery to close the wounds. He has excellent bedside manner and is a extremely skilled and talented physician. Six months later I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty due to chronic sinusitis. To date I have had no issues with sinusitis and am extremely pleased with the appearance of my nose. I would strongly recommned Dr. Monhian to anyone for both is professionalism and courteousness.

Dr. Monhian performed a septo-rhinoplasty on my nose to improve its breathing and appearance. I can honestly say this is best I can ever remember breathing and my nose looks the way I always wished it had. On top of that, after only one week nearly all the bruising and swelling was gone; most people didn't even know I'd had a surgery! Aside from his talent, he is also about as nice a man as I have ever met. Though I no longer live in New York, I would fly across the country if I ever needed another surgery.

I broke my facial bones in many places due to a fall. A part of my face had to be reconstructed with a titanium plate. Dr. Monhian performed a perfect incision under my eye for the procedure. The stitched wound gave me no problems even immediately after the surgery. The incision healed quickly and remarkably well. All of my friends and relatives were amazed with the result. A several months later, even I can't tell where the incision was. The injury was a dramatic event for me but Dr. Monhian's caring personality made me confortable before the surgery and during the recovery period. I knew I was in good hands. I feel extremely lucky to have gotten to know Dr. Monhian. I can guarrante that you will, too.

Dr. Monhian treated me for a serious dog bite wound on my face. A piece of skin was hanging like a flap. The good doctor was available at a moment's notice to perform a delicate cleaning and surgery. He followed through with a regimin of antibiotics and scar reduction. I expected to have a very visible scar, however I am delighted to report that no one notices it unless I point it out. I was grateful that he was available over the phone when I had a question about wound care. Thank you Dr. Monhian!

I was referred to Dr. Monhian to have a large cyst removed from behind my ear. Dr. Monhian did an amazing job. He is very kind and made me feel very comfortable every time I was in his office. Prior to the surgery Dr. Monhian told me exactly how the procedure was going to go and put any hesitations or fears I had to rest. He is very through and I was amazed by the results. This was a large cyst which required a rather large incision but Dr. Monhian did an amazing job hiding it along my hairline. I would be surprised if anyone can tell that I had surgery at all. Dr. Monhian is one of the best surgeons around and I would recommend him to anybody.
