Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 32 year old mother who noticed a change in her breast shape and also the volume of her breast since she has had children. After her consultation with Dr. Kaye and his staff she decides to have a breast lift and also a breast augmentation. She chooses a 270cc moderate profile implant that was filled with saline.
