Nose Job (Rhinoplasty)
This young woman presented with difficulty breathing as well as dissatisfaction with the outward appearance of her nose. Her preoperative evaluation revealed a deviated septum, poor tip support with collapse of the nasal valve region,a bony hump, and other outward asymmetries. Following septorhinoplasty her breathing has been restored, and the outward appearance of the nose has a natural, unoperated appearance. The tip has been lifted, the hump removed, and wide asymmetric nasal bones have been narrowed and straightened.
