Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)

This 35 year old runner was unhappy with the appearance of his breasts as he had excess glandular tissue beneath the nipple area. This can occur with exogenous steroid use. He had the glandular tissue removed through a small incision in the lower areala to establish a more masculine breast.
