Breast Augmentation (Saline Implants)

This 26 year old Southeastern Massachusetts woman had severe hypomastia(congenitally small breasts) and was unable to wear bathing suits or evening gowns. She had 400cc Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Profile saline implants placed under the pectoralis muscle through a inframammary crease incision. She is extremely happy with her results and is now able to wear whatever she wants!
