I felt compelled to write you this letter of appreciation for the absolutely FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, that I had with you and your staff!! As I have had one other procedure done at a competitor, I am well qualified to explain the difference. It is all about the level of care for the client and you and your entire staff demonstrate incredible care throughout the experience, from the first consultation , with you and Jose, to the day of surgery, and right through to the removal of the stitches!! In particular, who could have imagined having fun while getting this procedure done. However I must say I had an absolute ball talking with and joking with you and your technicians during the actual surgery. I sat down at 9 AM and did not finish until 6:30 PM and I was never bored. I had so much fun that I do not remember the five movies that we selected to play during the process.
