I traveled a very long way to have my procedure done by Dr Kayser due to his SPAIR technique and after seeing his before and after pictures. I AM SO THRILLED THAT I DID. He was worth every mile of flying and driving. My results are absolutely amazing! He is a very gifted surgeon and truly a perfectionist. Could not be happier.

The whole experience with Dr.Kayser and his staff was great. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very warm and friendly. He took the time to learn exactly what size i wanted to be and answered all my questions. I ended up booking the surgery on the first visit, being that i came from Windsor and felt confident that he was a perfectionist after seeing pics of his work. Pain was minimal...after the first day, i only required regular Advil for slight pain and some swelling. Now its 7 weeks and i couldnt be more pleased! The scare in the breast crease is hardly noticieable, due to the fact that he closes the skin using a medical superglue, so there is only a line with no suture marks! Amazing! (Many doctors do not do it this way.)Now my breasts already feel like my own, i love the size, and am very happy. In the beginning, i was scared to have the surgery, but now im so happy i went through with it and it was not bad at all and overall a great experience with this doctor and his staff!

I am from Canada and this whole experience was quick and easier than I ever imagined. I had to make few trips to the US and everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and respectful. I found Dr. Kayser on a few of these review sites and scheduled a consultation. I immediately felt comfortable with his staff, and the doctor himself; comfortable enough to cancel all my other consultations with other doctors, and to schedule my surgery with Dr. Kayser. They are very thorough during consultation and in post-surgical follow-ups. I didn't feel rushed or neglected as many doctors are prone to do. His staff is very patient and helpful when it comes to calling in with questions and/or advice post-surgery, as well. The results of my rhinoplasty, liposuction, and fat transfer are fantastic. I was so thrilled, I went ahead and scheduled my breast reduction and lift with him for next week. Five stars! Thanks, Dr. K, Denise, and the rest of the staff!

I am very proud that I was able to breastfeed my baby for a year but wasn?t so proud of the toll it took on my breasts. At only 25 years old, I felt like I needed to hide my breasts behind the most padded bras I could get my hands on. I debated for months about the timing of a breast augmentation. I would like more children in the future but didn?t want to wait until then to feel great about my breasts. I began to research the best board certified plastic surgeons in Michigan and the surrounding states. The search was over when I discovered Dr. Kayser?s website. His before and after photos were beautiful, he had amazing testimonials, and his photo was on ?The Best Plastic Surgeons in America?. I did not have any person refer me to Dr. Kayser, but his client?s reviews assured me that he was the best of the best. When I went in for my consultation, I loved the small and intimate setting. Image by Design is not some huge plastic surgery corporation where the staff and doctor are too busy to make you feel special. It isn?t every day that I have perfect strangers inspect my sagging breasts but Dr. Kayser and his staff made me very comfortable and relaxed. Even when I left his office floor covered in my toddler?s cheerios he never made me feel out of place or unwelcomed. His reputation for being an artist rang true when he explained that an augmentation would be good but an augmentation with a lift would be perfection. I never felt pressured to follow his advice but I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. After discussing it with my husband later I called and scheduled my augmentation and lift. Within 4 weeks from my consultation I was excitedly heading to the surgery center for my procedure. Everything from registration to post-op went beautifully. Before my surgery, Dr. Kayser reviewed with me what he was about to do and verified the size I wanted to be. Now, at only 6 weeks post-op I look and feel amazing! I was looking for a doctor who would remove a large bump from my nose and soften my profile, but still allow me to look like myself. Dr. Kayser made the necessary corrections, and made my nose fit my face. I absolutely love the results!!! I still look like myself, only SO MUCH BETTER!! I can finally look in the mirror and see ME, and not just my nose. Dr. Kayser treated me with respect, and patiently listened to and addressed every concern I expressed. As an experienced and demanding patient, I found Dr. Kayser to be exceptionally professional and his bedside manner was really just wonderful. I was in absolute dire straits having my last surgery two years ago go terribly wrong. I saw 9 specialists and none seemed to understand the problem, nor were they able to give me a straight and confident answer - they did not seem to care or know what I was going through. Dr. Kayser on the other hand knew immediately what the problem was, and proposed the options available, stressing the one which I was quite nervous about going ahead with - a full lift procedure. Now having had the surgery I am SO incredibly pleased I listened to his fantastic advice and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kayser. He specializes in lifts and breast reductions and uses (where appropriate) the SPAIR technique which limits the scarring compared to traditional lift methods - and it DOES work - I am already happy and it has been only a month! For anyone contemplating breast augmentation, Dr. Kayser is a real artist, pays a great attention to detail and is a supportive and caring doctor  I think his practice is very appropriately named!

After breast feeding two children and weight loss after pregnancies my breast were, in my thoughts, "disfigured" . I tried focusing on areas of my body I was proud of but I just could not get past my insecurities with my breasts. I struggled with the idea of having "fake boobs" and the stereotype for a long time. Being in the medical profession myself, I knew about the "good" and the "bad" surgeons out there, so it was an easy decision to choose Dr. Kayser. He understood my feelings and his staff made me feel comfortable in talking about it. Dr. Kayser made me look so natural that I have to tell people I had the surgery. I love my body now and for me to say that is nothing short of a miracle! If you want a doctor that is a complete perfectionist and is going to make you look natural, I highly recommend Dr. Kayser. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I had a liposuction procedure done by Dr. Kayser, and am very happy with the results. I received very good care and had very little post-op pain. I came all the way from Ontario, Canada to have this procedure done. I had previously consulted another plastic surgeon, and he wanted to make at least 8 incisions. Dr. Kayser did the same procedure with only 2 small incisions, thereby eliminating extra unnecessary scars. I can't imagine a better result. In my opinion he is a skilled surgeon with very good judgement, and is very personable. His staff is also extremely accommodating and friendy.

I had my breast implants done in June 08, and its been 6 weeks and I can barely see the scars! Dr. Kayser and his staff were very polite, professional and very good at what they do! Dr. Kayser even called me the day after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. Plus his staff sent me flowers after surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kayser to anyone!

After breast reconstruction several years ago, I was in constant pain and was very unhappy with the misshapen appearance of my breasts. After a couple of bad experiences with other physicians, I was also reluctant to undergo surgery again, but finally the pain drove me to it - and I'm so glad I did. I now have beautifully matched breasts that look and feel very natural, and absolutely no pain! After making the appointment, it was only 2 weeks and I was in. My appointment for the consultation was March 3rd and my surgery was on March 11th. Yes, only 8 days later! Good timing I guess.The staff was great. Dr Kayser is very honest, even telling me something I didn't want to hear, but it was true. He is a perfectionist and has an artistic outlook. Denise, the office manager really helped me relax about the surgery. She was wonderful! They both really took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood the procedure. Just as I thought it would, everything went smooth. The surgery was at St. Johns Surgery Center (which is great in case anything ever goes wrong). The nurses there were wonderful and so was Dr. Kayser. The surgery went quick and I only missed 2 days of work.The results exceeded my expectations! Dr. Kayser did a wonderful job. My breasts look better than I ever thought they could! Wanted a board certified plastic surgeon because so much of the outcome depends on the skill and mastery of the surgeon. Dr. Kayser did a GREAT job. I gave him an idea of what size I wanted and then left the end result to his professional opinion since he is the expert, not me. Excellent Fantastic Results. Had my surgery one week ago and a I LOVE MY BREASTS. Also, Dr. Kayer's staff is extremely kind and friendly and believe me I called there lots of times both before and after my surgery with lots of questions and never once felt like I was being a pest. Also, staff knowledgeable in different types of financing if you need to go that route. Very professional office atmosphere. I am just going to start out with saying how wonderful Dr. Kayser and his staff is! From the moment that I walked into the door, I could tell that this was the place for me. The ladies in the office were friendly and supportive and answered my zillion questions without hesitation. When Dr. Kayser walked into my room on the first visit, I was immediately put at ease. His demeanor was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave his honest professional opinion. A few days later, I called to schedule my breast augmentation and lower blepharoplasty, and within three weeks I was having the procedures done! Doctor Kayser came to talk to me before the procedures with his surgical staff, and put me at ease. He sat down and talked to me and made sure that I still wanted to proceed and that what we discussed was what I still wanted. I then drifted off to sleep and woke up with new perky round full breasts, and the bags under my eyes GONE! To be honest, I still can't get over how great my breasts look. They look better then I imagined!
