A couple of hours before my scheduled consult, Michelle Stewart, Dr. Sikorski's Patient Coordinator, calls me to cancel, as she had a training booked that afternoon and wouldn't be able to do my consult.

I told her I had already taken the afternoon off of work, and I asked her why she didn't call me a few days prior? Why was she waiting until the last minute to cancel? Michelle got major attitude with me and said "Look, you need to understand that this is a FREE consult, and I'm sorry it didn't work out today!"

The majority of cosmetic consults are complimentary. Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling my appointment. I could never give my business to a company that is so careless and disrespectful of my time.
