Over the years I have built up quite a wall for myself when concerning dentists. I'm usually very upset and shaking by the time I actually see the dentist. Dr. Nicolls made dentistry so much easier for and I appreciate her helpful staff so very much.

Dr. Nicholls office is beautiful and staffed with friendly, fun prefessional personnel. I have "NEVER" had to wait for my appointment. When Dr. Nicholls makes an appointmentat 10:00 you are in the chair at appointed time or earlier. All other dentist has made me wait for 30 min. to 1 1/2 hour. Starting my treatments, being nervous, her staff, with their caring attitude, made me totally comfortable and relaxed. They explained each procedure making me understand what is being said in a language even I can understand. She give me all options and recommendations she feels would be best in my situation. The high tech equipment she has is wonderful and also helps me understand what is going on. My experience with Dr. Nicolls has been soothing, relaxing with no stress. Dr. Nicholls truly is gentle and cares about her patient's. She and her staff are all fun an friendly and a joy to be around. Thank you Dr. Nicolls for the great experience! I am almost 1 1/2 hours away but she is well worth the drive.
