Ideal Candidate: Lower lid puffiness is caused by excess fat and/or excess lower lower lid skin. Several different methods are used by Dr. Lee depending on each patients eyelid anatomy. This procedure is definitely a procedure that should be done by an experienced eyelid plastic surgeon. The results can vary greatly depending on the experience of the surgeon. Dr. Lee has perfected his own technique that creates maximum lift without the complications of outward or downward lid retraction.
