She did not desire increase in size of her breasts but complained of lack of contour and superior fullness. She achieved excellent correction of her severe breast ptosis with a Brazilian type mastopexy with suspension of the inferior part of the breast using a muscle belt to suspend the breast tissue superiorly and maintain the lift. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 137 pounds. |
