With good symmetry, narrow chest, and mild droopiness she was a good candidate for subpectoral saline implants filled to 360 cc. Her breast augmentation was done as an out patient, and she returned to work in 5 days. Note how most breast patients are seen with lots of sun tan after their surgery. |

The volume needed to give her the size she desired was 390 ml on each side. To get the kind of look she wanted, they were placed under the muscle. She chose to have her incision in each underarm (axillary). The photos show well that if the nipples are set widely apart before implants, they will still be wide afterwards, a point Dr Dowden always discusses with his patients. (45670) |
