She also wanted a better defined cleavage without so much space between her breasts. After her pre-op sizing session, she chose 375cc saline filled implants and desired submuscular placement. Submuscular is a good choice for her because of her lean body build. The pockets for the implants were designed to create a closer cleavage. |
