To make her recovery as rapid as possible, she had requested her implants be inserted through a tiny incision in her navel. To achieve the size she desired, Dr Dowden placed 390ml on her right and 380ml on her left using the transumbilical breast augmentation technique ("TUBA"). As the photo shows, the bottom edge of the left breast was lower than the right... |

Dr Dowden achieved her requested breast size by using 360ml on her right and 340ml on her left. Note that, as shown in the photos, if a patient's nipples are close together before operation, they will still be close together after augmentation. (40311) |
