She had back, neck, and shoulder pain secondary to her very heavy breasts. She is 42 years old and wore a 38 D cup bra pre operatively. She underwent a breast reduction and now wears a 34 B cup after over 300 grams of breast tissue was removed from the left breast and over 400 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right breast. The pictures were taken pre operatively and then 5 months post operatively. She now enjoys relief from her back, neck, and shoulder pain.
