Case: 9110 Category: Breast Implant Revision Age: 41 Weight: 145 Height: 66 Gender: Female Skin Tone: Light Description: This 41 year old San Diego patient was interested in breast enhancement and breast lifting surgery. In the before pictures she is about 7 months post-op breast augmentation and mastopexy surgery with smooth, round, 380cc saline implants. After this first augmentation the implants settled and she wished her breasts were bigger. The patient informed Dr. Pousti that she really regrets not choosing a much larger implant size and that she wanted to have the silicone gel implants. In the after pictures she is 2 months post op removal and replacement breast augmentation with 800cc silicone gel implants. She is extremely happy with her results.
