Case: 9080 Category: Laser Skin Resurfacing Gender: Female Description: This is a Fraxel Laser procedure to decrease the appearance of acne scars, even deep ones such as the ones on this patient from Beverly Hills. The after picture is post several Fraxel procedures. The Fraxel 2 (or Fraxel SR1500) is an excellent technology to erase hyperpigmentation on the face, as well as on other parts of the body. In 3 to 5 treatments, the Fraxel 2 can take away brown spots, melasma, fine lines, acne scars and the redness of rosacea. Fraxel SR1500 Laser treatment is followed by several days of swelling and several days of redness, with some skin peeling. The discomfort is minimal overall and the results are excellent. Results are permanent and the Fraxel can be used on any color skin. Alexander Rivkin MD treats patients from Newport Beach, Santa Monica and throughout the Los Angeles area using the Fraxel SR1500 laser.
