Description: This 40 year old Indianapolis, Indiana cosmetic surgery patient presented with adequate breast volume but she was unhappy about the droopiness and shape of her breast. Additionally, she had redundant skin and fat of her abdomen. She achieved an excellent result with a Brazilian type muscle suspension mastopexy to maintain a prolonged lift of her breasts. An implant was not required. Additionally, she underwent high lateral tension tummy tuck in combination with her breast surgery. She is 5 feet 8 inches 183 pounds. Post-op pictures were taken approximately four months after surgery.
