Description: This 35 year old Indianapolis, Indiana cosmetic surgery patient presented with severe breast ptosis. She did not desire increase in size of her breasts but complained of lack of contour and superior fullness. She achieved excellent correction of her severe breast ptosis with a Brazilian type mastopexy with suspension of the inferior part of the breast using a muscle belt to suspend the breast tissue superiorly and maintain the lift. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 137 pounds.
