As you can see, she now cannot facially animate her forehead to give her the creases. Facial animation is a natural movement for patients but it eventually gives them lines in the frown area and the forhead. It also is an aging look when doing so in normal conversation and the Botox prevents one from giving the "aged" forhead/frown areas.
