The patient was unhappy with the appearance of her chest (pigeon chest) and the size of her breasts. She was told she had "pectus excavatum". She found board certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Tom Pousti who had performed this procedure multiple times with wonderful results. Here the patient is 5 months post op breast augmentation to "hide" the pectus excavatum and is very happy with her results. She has saline implants with 270cc on the left and 250cc on the right. A very natural look.
