Description: This is a young active woman who had a D cup breast on her right and a B cup size on her left. Both breasts were saggy (ptosis), and she wanted them lifted to a more "perky" appearance. Bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) was done by Dr. Momeni to create a lifted, more youthful look, and her right breast was reduced slightly to match the sizes of the breasts together and create great symmetry. She was able to resume her activities quickly after surgery and has been very satisfied with her results.
