She felt the sagging developed most significantly after she finished breast feeding. She was evaluated at New Reflections Plastic Surgery and it became evident that not only did she want her breasts lifted like they were when she was breast feeding but she also wanted to have larger breasts. This young lady then underwent bilateral breast augmentation and bilateral breast lift surgery during the same procedure. 320 cc saline filled breast implants were placed on both sides and then the bilateral breast lift was performed. The patient increased her bra size from a 32 A cup to a 32 D cup and she has exclaimed that she is very happy with her result.
