In fact it was so severe that it was obstructing his vision. He was also bothered by the puffy appearance of his lower eyelid region. His before photos highlight the severe drooping of his upper eyelid skin weighting down his upper eyelid lashes. They also show the severe aged appearance of his lower eyelids with dark shadows. He underwent an endoscopic browlift, endoscopic midface lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and chemical peel to his lower eyelids.
