Contrary to secondary nose surgery where the focus is on correction, the essential aim of primary rhinoplasty is on the subtility of the result. |

Details: There is nothing wrong with the original nose except for a perception of a slightly droopy tip (this was the patient's impression). The goal was to maintain the good features of this nose while giving the patient what she was asking for. | |
