This resulted in a deflated appearance to her breasts. She was interested in a lift but also wanted to restore her volume to the D cup she was before. In this surgery Dr. Leedy placed the implants under the muscle then lifted the breasts, reduced the size of the areaolas, and removed the extra skin.
