She wanted improvement in her double chin and jawline but did not wish to have general anesthesia or IV sedation. After careful planning and a thorough exam of her specific anatomy, a facelift and necklift were performed under local anesthesia. All the results that she desired were obtained and the Patient was pleased with avoiding general anesthesia. |
