Case: 14621 Category: Face Lift Surgery (Rhytidectomy) Gender: Female Description: This Patient presented a challenging case. Given the degree of skin laxity and amount of ptotic (drooping) tissues the initial recommendation was for the patient to undergoe a composite procedure under general anesthesia. She was firmly against that however and a meticulous and well planned out facelift with necklift was performed under local anesthesia to get the patient the results she desired. |
