Given the degree of skin laxity and amount of ptotic (drooping) tissues the initial recommendation was for the patient to undergoe a composite procedure under general anesthesia. She was firmly against that however and a meticulous and well planned out facelift with necklift was performed under local anesthesia to get the patient the results she desired. |

Details: On frontal view dramatic improvement is seen in the patient's chin/neck area. Also the jawline has improved nicely and overall results remain natural and appropriate for this patient's age and inherent anatomy. | |
