Case: 14609 Category: Breast Reconstruction Surgery Gender: Female Description: This 29-year-old patient from Encino, California came to Dr. Pousti with mild symmastia and bottoming out of her left breast. Symmastia is also known as a "uni-boob", this occurs when two implants touch one another in the center of the chest. Dr. Pousti corrected the bottoming out and symmastia with internal sutures to keep scaring to a minimal. Dr. Pousti used saline implants and filled them to 340 cc, made by the Mentor Corporation. She is now 2 weeks post-op and is healing well. |
