Details: Notice how the tissue has a rounded concave shape in the anterior area where the teeth are missing (in between the implants). This is called ovate pontic formation. The tissue is formed to receive a bullet shaped under surface of a dental crown (a crown that is connected to four unit implant supported bridge). The result is: the bridge looks as thought it is naturally emerging out of the gum tissue. See photos below and notice how the tissue in between the teeth comes into a point.

Details: This is a radiographic view of the resorption of the roots. The moth eaten resorption was causing an infection and subsequent bone loss in the upper anterior are of her mouth. This is the reason she had to have her four front teeth removed. I am excited to share this case with you, because even with the infected existing bone damage and four atraumatic extractions she ended up looking better and there was little or not bone. This is an amazing case which shows very complex surgical procedures combined with Accreditted cosmetic skills.
