Description: 42 year old female with a history of blunt nasal trauma and chronic nasal airway obstruction. Her nose was severely twisted to the right with collapse of the left nostril and nasal vestibule. The patient underwent a complex open nasal reconstruction including septal cartilage grafting to the left nasal ala and tip. Postoperatively, the patient's appearance and breathing were completely restored.
