Case: 13394 Category: Rhinoplasty (Nose Job, Nose Surgery) Weight: 125 Height: 5'4" Gender: Female Skin Tone: Fair Description: Patient is a 34 year old female from Atlanta, Georgia who wanted to decrease her forehead and glabella frown lines, elevate eyebrows, improve eyelids, and improve her breathing and tip definition of the nose. The patient did not want botox for her forehead lines. Following consultation, she underwent a browlift (forehead lift), eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty), fat graft to forehead lines, and a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to improve tip definition and narrow nose. Patient also had septoplasty for deviated septum and to improve breathing. |

Details: Frontal view shows the difference in forehead lines before and after surgery. Hairline incision was used for patient's forehead lift due to her long forehead. Tip graft, septoplasty, sutures were used to improve definition and narrow the nose. Fat graft was performed to the glabella frown lines and dramatic improvement is noted. | |
