After the birth of her child, the volume decreased considerably, and the tissues relaxed. She did not mind the breast size, only the sagging. Dr Dowden performed her breast lift (mastopexy) using incisions around the areola, plus she required a vertical incision below the areola. After her breast lift, she is more comfortable, and more confident as well. The sensitivity of the nipples is normal. (1389-)
