She has grown children and did not want to have "grandmother's neck" or a "tired face". She underwent a beautiful transformation from tired to refreshed with a facial rejuvenation by Dr. Paul Vanek, MD, FACS. If you look carefully at the next few views you will see why she is so happy with the results of her Endoscopic brow-lift, lower lid blepharoplasty, upper lid blepharoplasty, canthopexy, SMAS facelift, neck-lift and corset platysmaplasty as well as septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Her surgery was performed as an outpatient on the same day, and she recovered beautifully. Seen here at one year post-operatively, she has had some skincare as well as the results of surgery manifest in a natural, un-operated upon look. She looks natural and so much youthful. She expressed her happiness at her surgical results and when she attends her grandchildren’s school events in northeast Ohio she is often asked if she is their aunt! |

Details: The lateral view of this 68 year old Lake county woman shows the effects of a corset platysmaplasty and neck lift, facelift and eye lid rejuvenation performed at the same time as a rhinoplasty. Her loose neck skin would not redrape without the appropriate tightening of a lateral SMAS procedure that included tightening the underlying architecture of the neck muscles. I will discuss this with you when you contact my office for a consultation. Not everyone has the same anatomic needs, but if you do then the results can be this stunning! Her nose projection has been reduced and her tip suturing and cartilage sculpture fits her face beautifully. She can now breathe better after her septoplasty. Many people who undergo a rhinoplasty and septoplasty also benefit because it improves their snoring problem. | |
