Case: 10202 Category: Breast Lift Surgery Age: 31 Weight: 120 Height: 5' 1" Gender: Female Skin Tone: Fair Description: This patient is seen only 6 weeks after a SPAIR mastopexy with implant placement. She presented with a severe deformity of the breast which involved a constriction (narrowing) and ptosis (drooping). She went from an B to a D cup with the placement of McGhan 300cc smooth, round, saline implants filled to 330cc on the right and 360cc on the smaller left side. She has excellent breast coutour, position, and symmetry which will continue to improve over time. Sensation is complete and scarring is good despite some irregularitites around the areola.
