Case: 10201 Category: Breast Lift Surgery Age: 39 Weight: 150 Height: 5' 8" Gender: Female Skin Tone: Fair Description: This patient is seen about 10 months after a SPAIR mastopexy with implant placement. She went from a C to a D cup with the placement of McGhan 300cc smooth, round, saline implants filled to 343cc on the right and 345cc on the left. Due to the larger difference in breast size, she also required a slight reduction of 75 gm on the larger right breast so that the implants used would be of similar shape, volume, fill, and size - all of which are important to best achieve the desired result. She has maintained excellent breast coutour, position, and symmetry. Sensation is complete and scarring is good. She also had liposuction to her abdomen and hips but had gained some weight (18 lbs) since her surgery.
