Making An Appointment...
Once you contact us to schedule your first visit, we will arrange for your bloodwork. You must fast 8-12 hours prior to the blood draw. We will also provide you with a medical history form while you are waiting for your bloodwork results. (This form can be mailed or emailed to you.) Once Dr. Ghayouri receives your lab results and your completed medical history you will come in for your initial consultation.
Your First Visit…
Your first appointment should take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Dr. Ghayouri will assess your symptoms, take a detailed history, answer questions and conduct a physical exam. You will need to have a physical at the beginning to screen for cancer and diabetes. Your program may include hormone replacement therapy, nutritional supplementation, low glycemic diet, exercise, stress reduction techniques and additional weight reduction strategies if needed. Regular follow up consultations and lab tests are scheduled to ensure your complete understanding, success, and satisfaction with your anti-aging program.
Follow – Up Visits…
Approximately 2-3 months after your initial consultation you will have a follow-up visit with Dr. Ghayouri. You will need a follow-up blood test 10 days prior to this visit. Dr. Ghayouri will discuss the effects of the program and make adjustments as needed. You will repeat this process again every 6 – 12 months depending on the situation.
