Because Dr. Solomon specializes only in surgery of the head and neck, he makes his surgical specialties: rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facelift, and eyelift (blepharoplasty).
Following his residency, Dr. Solomon enhanced his training in facial and nasal cosmetic and reconstructive surgery by spending an additional year training in a private facial cosmetic surgical practice. He has also traveled internationally to train with renowned experts in the field of facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Solomon practices cosmetic surgery and facial plastic surgery in Toronto. He is on the teaching faculty at the University of Toronto. His specialty is rhinoplasty - both primary rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.
Another of Dr. Solomon's specialties is facelift: cosmetic surgery of the aging face.
Dr. Solomon is on surgical staff at York Central Hospital, Toronto; St Michael's Hospital, Toronto; and Etobicoke General Hospital.
Facial Plastic Surgery is a subspecialty of Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery). It requires at least five years surgical training and certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in order to practice. Facial cosmetic plastic surgery focuses exclusively on cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.
