Dr. Neigel is a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery of the eyes and face. She differs from most cosmetic surgeons because she’s both an oculoplastic surgeon (a specialist trained in plastic surgery around the eyes) and a board certified ophthalmologist (a specialist trained in the treatment of the eyes). This combination allows her to understand both the functional and the aesthetic aspects of cosmetic surgery around the eyes.
You’ll feel confident in visiting Dr. Neigel knowing since 1986 she’s specialized in plastic surgery from the forehead to the neck, with a particular emphasis on areas near the eyes. This highly focused specialization means she has extensive practical experience with these surgical procedures.

The Neigel Center frequently hosts open houses and seminars, which are very informative to prospective cosmetic surgery patients like you. Open houses at our main office in West Orange, New Jersey, are an informal gathering of prospective patients, current and past patients, physicians, and staff.
For your convenience demonstrations of various laser treatments are shown at the open houses and seminars along with Microdermabrasion. Computer imaging is performed on any guest who would like to see how a particular type of surgery might alter their appearance. This is always a popular visual tool.
You'll be given the chance to speak with the physicians, staff and post-operative patients gives you the opportunity to get answers to any of your questions, fears, or concerns. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can get a real feel for our practice.
Seminars, on the other hand, are usually hosted at a local hospital auditorium or a local hotel. This too is a relaxed atmosphere, but it is more structured, with a physician lecturing on surgeries, procedures, and services that we provide. There is always time for questions and a chance to speak directly with the physicians, staff, and post-operative patients after the seminar.
