Fady I. Sharara, M.D, FACOG completed his premedical and medical education at the American University of Beirut. His residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at the George Washington University, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health. He served on the faculty of the University of Illinois and Michael Reese Hospitals in Chicago, and returned East to the University of Maryland where he was the IVF Director for nearly 4 years. Dr Sharara is borad certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecolgy, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a member of more than a dozen associations, and a reviewer for the leading journals in the field of reproduction.
