Our state-of-the-art offices mean safety for you and your family. All of our records are done in-house, eliminating the necessity of you having to schedule additional appointments at outside laboratories. X-rays done in our office are captured digitally, resulting in up to 70 percent LESS radiation for our patients compared to traditional X-rays.
Each of our staff members is part of a team of highly qualified healthcare professionals with many years of experience in the orthodontic field. You will find them all to be very warm, caring and knowledgeable. They participate in continuing education courses annually to stay current on the latest techniques and procedures. These courses will enhance your orthodontic experience in our office.

Dr. Greenspan is AAO certified and Harvard-trained. With over 20 years experience, Dr. Greenspan is certified by the American Association of Orthodontists. Also serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, he has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and the Journal of Dental Research.
We stay abreast of the latest technologies and procedures. Our staff is a team of highly qualified healthcare professionals, who attend continuing education courses annually to keep up with the latest technologies and procedures in orthodontics.
We present all options available to the patient. We offer many options in orthodontic care, including clear ceramic braces, mini metal braces and Invisalign. After further evaluation, Dr. Greenspan will present you with all of your possible treatment options, so you may make the best informed choice.
We inform you of your progress at every appointment. We will keep you up-to-date on you or your child’s progress in your treatment plan. We feel you should always be informed and will always make time for any questions you may have.
We don’t use recycled braces…EVER! Braces are something that should be customized to each patient’s treatment plan. Therefore, we will never use recycled braces or bands on our patients! You can be sure you will receive the highest quality orthodontic care at our practice.
We take special care of our adult patients. Many of our patients are adults, and we understand the needs and concerns our adult patients have in regards to orthodontic care. We take these into consideration and strive to make adult treatment as comfortable and convenient as possible.
HIGH-TECH
We utilize the latest technology in appliances. Over the years, technology has run rampant on the orthodontic industry by creating newer, more comfortable appliances that can even reduce treatment time. We are proud to offer the latest appliances to you, including ceramic braces, “mini” metal braces and Invisalign.

We are certified in Invisalign technology! Dr. Greenspan is certified to use Invisalign in our office! Invisalign straightens your teeth without the use of wires or brackets by using a series of clear, customized aligners. Check with Dr. Greenspan to see if Invisalign is right for you!
We use the latest sterilization processes. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us; therefore, we always sterilize our instruments between every patient and use single-use/disposable items whenever possible.
