Educational Background
Dr. Robert Turner received his training in plastic surgery through the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Following this he went on and did further studies in plastic surgery with a fellowship at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Turner is an active member of the University of Manitoba. He is also examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada where he assess and examines recently trained graduates in plastic surgery to ensure they meet the requirements and educational standards of the Royal College before they can establish a practice.
