Dr. De Bellis' Philosophy:  Dr. De Bellis believes that the first key to a successful surgery is achieved by listening closely to the patient's goals.  Dr. De Bellis listens to each patient and uses his expertise to craft a viable treatment modality with the patient wether that modality involves surgery or not.

 De Bellis' Techniques:   Plastic surgery is a constantly evolving field.  Dr. De Bellis takes the time to sift through new innovations choosing carefully those that are really new effective innovations or those that truly enhance old techniques while discarding those that are simply more flashy, but not more effective.  He won't use a new machine or technique on you simply because it is "cutting edge".  He will however use new techniques and machines if they can better achieve your goals.

Dr. De Bellis' Training:  Dr. De Bellis is a fully trained general surgeon and a fully trained plastic surgeon having completed his plastic surgery residency at Cornell-NewYork Hospital.   He was additionally honored with the opportunity to complete a cosmetic fellowship in Paris under the tutelage of the world famous plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Marchac.  In his studies under Dr. Marchac he extended his cosmetic and cranio-facial expertise.
