This Cleveland, Ohio patient was a former smoker who had developed thinning and fine wrinkels of the lips. She desired laser resurfacing and peri-oral rejuvenation. The resurfacing was performed with a CO2 laser and the lips were augmented moderately with fat injections (the fat was taken from her abdomen)
