This young man had sustained several nasal fractures resulting in a closed nasal airway and a nasal tip collapse. Dr. Erlich performed a closed septorhinoplasty technique with tip-grafting to restore the prominence of the tip and create a more aesthetic profile. The nasal airway was opened by straightning the "deviated" nasal-septal cartilage.
