| I knew that when I was considering Breast Aumentation surgery I had to look extensively for a Dr. that was compassionate about his patients feelings and physique. I am a post-breast reduction patient that had complications from my surgery and felt I needed to look for a surgeon with more background and experience than what my insurance left me with prior. When I searched for a Dr, I was looking at the pics of what they considered their best work. Dr. Kincaid had great photos of symmetry and position, which is very important and then I looked at his priviledges at area hospitals. He works at the best hospitals in San Diego and the realm of his practice is quite impressionable. He isn't a Dr who only does breast augmentation. The fact that he does facial reconstruction surgery on women and children shows that he looks into what is best for his patients to make them feel comfortable.
I had my surgery almost 2 yrs ago and I am always questioned whether my breasts are real or not. I love that people can't tell, even in a swimsuit. Dr. Kincaid chose the high-profile implants for me because of my body structure (small frame) and it was the best decision.
His staff is professional and personable and I adore them. They understand what you are experiencing post-surgery and share your excitement pre-surgery, basically you don't feel as if you are another chart on the shelf. The staff at the surgical facilities he utilizes do their best to make you comfortable pre and post-surgery as well. I love the ladies at Encinitas Surgery Center, they treated me so well and were very careful and considerate of how I felt.
The best recommendation I could make is to share him with my family, and i did just that. I was very comfortable having my sister go to Dr. Kincaid.
The only part I'm not happy about is that he's going to eventually retire, hopefully many, many years from now. Can we clone him and his abilities?

| I heard about the new liquid face lift called "Sculptra" I did some research and found out Dr. Stuart Kincaid offered this. I'm 45 years old and feel like I need a little lift back in my face. When I went in for the procedure I was very surprised that it didn't hurt at all. First my face was numbed with a topical anesthetic for about 40 minutes. Dr. Kincaid told me the Sculptra had Lidocaine mixed in also so it would help numb my face further. After the procedure was done my face looked a little plumper. Dr. Kincaid said this was normal and the swelling would be gone by the next day. It was. I started noticing my face to volumize about thirty days later. The lines in my face pulled out and my jaw line lifted up creating a smoother jaw line and smoother skin tone and texture. It's been four months now and my face continues to look better. | I'm 5'2, and at age 22, I gained 50lbs in about 4 months (went from 135lbs to 188lbs). I carried the weight for about a year and then decided to lose it. In October 1989, I had silicone breast implants inserted over my muscle by a surgeon in San Diego. I went from a B cup to a C up. Each implant was 200 cc. A few months after the surgery I noticed that my right breast was getting harder. I did have them checked out and was told to just keep massaging them.
As the years pasted they both had built up a lot of scar tissue and were very hard. In May of 2008, I noticed a lump on the top of my left breast. In Sept I had a mammogram and was informed that it was ruptured. The panic started to set in so I went to three different plastic surgeons for medical advice.
I did not feel comfortable with them and so I asked a friend of mine who had got saline implants in 2006 and was very pleased with them and her surgeon, Stuart Kincaid. I made my first appointment at Dr. Stuart Kincaids San Diego office and what a beautiful office is was. I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff. When I met Dr. Kincaid and his assistant Ron I felt very comfortable and they each were very professional and yet caring about my issues. They both suggested remove and replace and offered me many choices. Next, his friendly staff spoke to me about finances and sizes and scheduled a prompt surgery for me. Also, I was informed that I could have my post operation appointments at the Temecula office. When my husband and I went down to the surgery center we both were made very comfortable and at ease. I was not nervous at all. I had total confidence in both doctors and I knew that I was in great hands.
It has been three months now and I have recovered 100%. Each of my breasts feels like a million bucks and both are so soft and natural again. I am very very satisfied and so is my husband of twenty years. I am a full C cup again each being filled up to 420 cc each.

The depth of Dr. Kincaid's tissue and cosmetic knowledge along with his keen ability to visualize the surgical outcome impressed me beyond words. He spoke confidently to me about options on procedures, risks involved and the expected outcome. Dr. Kincaid never once indicated (as previously experienced with perspective cosmetic surgeons)the possiblity of making me into someone other than myself but enhancing ME to become my BEST. I am so over joyed with my results that when I walk by a mirror (which I refused to previous to surgery look at myself) and see the results of my surgery it makes me emotional. I just cannot believe it is my body! It has been 2 months since my surgery and Dr. Kincaid and his staff continues to tell me I will see even greater results as time goes on. I can't imagine even a better result but due to their expertise and experience they know the total results are not evident as of yet. I do want to point out Dr. Kincaid's staff as well as Dr. Marsh who administered my anesthsia and monitored my well being while surgery was taking place (remember approximately 8 total hours) needs to be acknowledged as well for their exceptional involvement in my procedures. | I'm 64 years old and I went to Dr. Kincaid for laser resurfacing of my face and neck. The laser procedure was done in his office I was made very comfortable so as not to feel it once Dr. Kincaid got started. It took about an hour for my full face and neck to be resurfaced. It was very tolerable the laser felt warm on my skin some areas a little warmer than others but very tolerable. I had the choice of going in the opeating room for the laser resurfacing as well but decided to do it in his office as I was able to save some money with anesthesia. After the procedure I was able to go home I had about ten days of down time. My skin was very pink like a second degree sunburn. There was no pain during the healing time just redness and some scabbing of my skin which flaked off. I had no problems recovering from this procedure. My skin is so much smoother the lines in my face were softened considerably and the overall texture is improved. My pores are smaller and my complection looks healthier. I also had some tightening of my skin as well. I had a great result and highly recommend this procedure to anyone woman or man at any age. |

| About four months ago I made an appointment with Dr. Kincaid to have Sculptra. This is a non invasive procedure called the liquid facelift. I can't believe the results. After about thirty days I started to notice more volume in my lower face and cheek bones. Dr. Kincaid said it stimulates your own collagen and that's what gives you the plumpness back in your face that you had when much younger!! I went from barely an A cup (very saggy) to a nice full, perky C cup. My breasts look and feel natural as well. I chose to get silicone gel implants which were placed under the muscle, as well as a periareolar breast lift.
The surgery went extremely well and the surgery center was a great place to have the surgery performed.
Everyone in Dr. Kincaid's office is professional, VERY friendly and warm. I find the atmosphere to be comfortable and the staff is extremely approachable. The staff make themselves available to patients and are quick to return phone calls. They certainly are concerned with ensuring the patients happiness.
