Melissa began working with Dr. Grady in 1995. She has worked in the dental field for more than 20 years, and enjoys educating patients on the importance of dental health. She's keenly interested in how good dental hygiene positively effects each patients overall health. She is married with two children. Her family now resides in Philomont, Virginia. Jaclyn Fauver is our Dental Concierge who brings a vast amount of experience to our practice, from management and insurance knowledge, to actual dental assisting. She helps the team maintain a unique environment in which patients can receive the best care and comforts. Jaclyn's daily responsibilities include scheduling of our patients and seeing that their every need is met. She has worked with Dr. Grady for the past 8 years.
