About Neil Choplin, M.D. - San Diego,

Neil T. Choplin, M.D. has extensive experience in Visual Field Testing, has written numerous articles and has authored three textbooks dealing with Glaucoma and Visual Field Testing. In addition, Dr. Chopin has been involved with the development of a new technology to assess the retinal nerve fiber layer, the tissue affected by Glaucoma. Examination with this Nerve Fiber Analyzer is available at Eye Care of San Diego / California Laser Vision Inc.
Dr. Chopin serves as a Glaucoma consultant to Eye Care of San Diego / California Laser Vision Inc. and holds staff privileges at Scripps-Mercy Hospital.
