Dr. Morton has been in practice since 1979, bringing full service eye care to the people of Kern County. Dr. Morton was trained at UCLA, and is an assistant clinical professor at the Jules Stein Eye Institute. He teaches surgical skills to interns at Olive View Hospital and is president and a founding member of the Central Valley Chapter of Surgical Eye Expeditions International.
