As the first DC metropolitan-area plastic surgeon whose artistry was featured on MTV’s “True Life: I Want Breast Implants,” Dr. Ayman Hakki has a recognizable name both locally and nationally. Most recently, Dr. Hakki was featured on DC local news channels and was interviewed by both Derek McGinty and Susan Kidd. He was also asked to discuss the relationship between cosmetic surgery and the art of painting on “Channel 9 News.” Dr. Hakki was also featured in the March 2, 2009 issue of OK! Magazine as a celebrity plastic surgeon providing his expert opinion on various celebrities and their cosmetic procedures.
